What is my role?

You lead a motivated team in surface treatment and ensure smooth processes in production. You plan the daily workflows, assign tasks to your team members, and always keep an eye on quality. You are the contact person for your team regarding technical and organisational questions. You continuously optimise the processes in surface treatment and work closely with other departments. You monitor compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. You conduct regular team meetings and take care of the onboarding of new employees.

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed training in surface technology, metalworking, or a comparable qualification

• You bring several years of professional experience in surface treatment, ideally already in a leadership position

• You enjoy leading and motivating a team

• You work in a structured manner, keep an overview even in stressful situations, and can set priorities

• You have good communication skills and a confident demeanour

• You are quality-conscious and familiar with common surface treatment procedures

• You work solution-oriented and like to contribute your own ideas
