What you achieve

• You actively support the field service throughout the entire sales process, contributing to shared success.
• As a central contact person, you answer professional and technical questions in the areas of non-life private customers, non-life corporate customers, individual life, accident, health, and occupational pension schemes.
• You competently and committedly care for our private and corporate customers by phone, in writing, and in person.
• With a sense for individual needs, you develop tailored concepts and solutions.
• Together with the team, you actively shape market development and sales promotion.
• You accompany our apprentices in their professional daily routine and specifically promote their professional and personal development.

What you bring

• Commercial insurance training and/or several years of experience with a multi-line insurer.
• You already have the VBV certificate (multi-line) or are willing to obtain it.
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and a strong service orientation.
• Sales-oriented thinking as well as enthusiasm for developing individual customer solutions.
• Efficient, solution-oriented collaboration with the field service and relevant specialist departments.
