Construction Project Manager for Conversion & Renovation (m/f/d)

In the construction and real estate sector, both large general and total contractors as well as established, owner-managed construction companies and medium-sized specialists entrust us with their key positions – often before these are even publicly advertised.

For one of these clients – a financially sound company with a full project pipeline and an excellent reputation in the region – we are looking for a personality for the following role:

Your Role:

You independently manage conversion and renovation projects – from scheduling through tender and submission processes to acceptance and warranty services. You control costs using specialised construction administration software, ensure quality according to the project manual, supervise on-site execution and coordinate all involved contractors. You confidently lead construction and contractor meetings, including accurate minute-taking.

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in the conversion and renovation sector
• Basic construction training (e.g. architectural draughtsman with further education)
• Strong awareness of costs, time and quality
• Leadership skills, negotiation ability and assertiveness
• Proficiency in common IT and construction administration software
• Resilience, team spirit and entrepreneurial mindset

For young and old: Experience is welcome here – as is the willingness to develop. Those who want to grow and take on responsibility will be supported.
