IT Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Technical support for existing and new IT projects as well as active participation in the implementation of modern infrastructure projects
Comprehensive support of corporate clients and reliable resolution of technical issues during ongoing operations
Identifying additional IT needs with existing clients and supporting the further development of suitable services and solutions
Participation in on-call duty as well as professional support of ICT apprentices together with vocational training
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ with a focus on system technology and initial relevant professional experience
Solid know-how in Microsoft-based client/server environments, Microsoft 365 and virtualisation technologies
Independent and reliable personality with a strong service mindset and enjoyment of customer contact
Very good German and good English skills as well as a category B driving licence and willingness to participate in on-call duty
