- You accompany people with dementia in a manageable residential group – personally, professionally and with a lot of heart
- You take responsibility, coordinate the nursing routine and create structure and security for residents and the team
- You work interprofessionally and actively participate in rounds and conversations
- You build trusting relationships with residents and relatives and live relationship-based care
- You help develop nursing: in the nursing process, in supporting learners and in the further development of our organization
