- You drive the further development of HR strategy, processes, structures and instruments and set impulses for a modern, service-oriented HRM
- You lead the HRM area professionally and personally, develop it together with the department heads, delegate responsibility and provide orientation at the same time
- You focus on employer attractiveness, securing skilled workers, personnel development and culture
- You actively bring the HR perspective into corporate development, accompany change processes and act as a sparring partner for managers at all levels

- Experience in leading managers, ideally in a complex HRM environment, preferably in healthcare
- Entrepreneurial thinking and an understanding of the interrelationships between people, organisation, economic efficiency and service mandate
- Clear, binding and target group-appropriate communication - you convince in dialogue, listen actively and understand how to bring different interests together
- A confident and solution-oriented manner, even in demanding situations, high social competence as well as knowledge of the relevant labour law and personnel management framework conditions in Switzerland
