Become an important member of our dedicated team and ensure the quality of the automatic passenger counting system. Through your commitment, you make a significant contribution to the accuracy of passenger numbers for revenue assurance and service planning at SBB AG. The workload is spread over four working days per week and can be flexibly arranged within office hours. This is what you can achieve.
- As a personnel dispatcher, you plan and schedule the assignments of around 18 control counters and ensure economical and needs-based personnel deployment.
- You ensure the timely and high-quality execution of control counts and support the evaluation of the collected data.
- As a professional contact person, you accompany and instruct the control counters in their daily work.
- You reliably and independently manage the working time and expense recording of the control counters.
- You coordinate the execution of counting assignments, monitor their implementation, and ensure the return of the survey data.
- With your expertise, you actively contribute to the further development of processes and systems and participate in projects and working groups.

- In your role as dispatcher, you think in a networked and analytical way, work solution-oriented, and convince with your structured working method and organisational talent.
- In a dynamic environment, you keep an overview and bring the necessary assertiveness to successfully coordinate different stakeholders.
- You have at least two years of experience in dispatching. Knowledge of SBB, public transport, or operational business is an advantage.
- You have a commercial basic education or a comparable qualification. Further training in the commercial field, such as a professional certificate, is an advantage.
- You work confidently with MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of CERES or SAP is an advantage.
- Very good German skills (at least level C1) and good French skills (at least level B2) complete your profile.
