IT Infrastructure Engineer - Microsoft, Cloud & Workplace (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the ongoing operation of a modern Microsoft-based system landscape across local and cloud-based platforms.
Managing identities, access rights, end devices, and central collaboration services.
Analysing and resolving more complex system faults as well as supporting the service desk with technical escalations.
Planning and implementing improvements related to endpoint management, cloud services, and digital workplaces.
Participating in technical renewals, security measures, and infrastructure projects including documentation and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Solid IT background with professional experience in the administration of Microsoft environments.
Good practical knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management.
Experience with PowerShell as well as an interest in automation and standardised operational processes.
Understanding of network, security, and cloud fundamentals as well as modern workplace concepts.
Communicative, reliable personality with a strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for technical challenges.
