In this role, you ensure the smooth operation of the entire IT landscape and act as the central contact person for all IT infrastructure matters. You are responsible for a varied daily routine, combining operation, maintenance, IT security, and support of the system and application landscape. You not only ensure stability but also drive the further development of the existing IT environment. A particular focus of your work is on cloud migrations and the operation of cloud solutions. You can start this responsible role immediately or by arrangement.
Responsibilities:
Technical co-responsibility for an extensive enterprise infrastructure and ensuring reliable operation across client, server, network, and data centre environments
Further development of the Microsoft 365 and cloud landscape as well as planning and technical support of migrations and modernisation projects
Strengthening cybersecurity through contemporary protection mechanisms, monitoring, and security tools as well as sustainable handling of complex 2nd-level issues
Implementation of infrastructure projects and continuous improvement of existing platforms through automation, system integration, and optimised operational processes
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with a focus on platform development/system technology and several years of experience in infrastructure and support environments
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and hybrid system landscapes as well as solid expertise in cloud, Active Directory, networking, and virtualisation
Experience with modern security concepts and corresponding tools such as Microsoft Defender, Zscaler ZPA, Burp Suite, or PingCastle
Independent and resilient personality with strong problem-solving skills as well as good German and English language skills
