In the role of Team Leader: Inheritances, you take responsibility for a specialised team and are the central contact person for the Winterthur and Oberland regions. Together, you ensure that our clients are optimally cared for during sensitive life phases and can rely on our expertise.
Your tasks
- Leading and developing a team of 5 employees
- Advising clients on matrimonial property and inheritance law as well as adult protection law and preparing the necessary arrangements such as wills, marriage and inheritance contracts, advance directives, etc.
- Managing executor mandates and inheritance divisions on behalf of heirs and taking over mandate leadership from other employees
- Exploiting existing business potential through needs-oriented and comprehensive advice
- Being responsible for the further development of inheritance services and actively participating in projects
- Representing and advocating for the team internally and externally
- Acting as the central contact person for the Winterthur and Oberland regions in all matters relating to inheritances
Your profile
- Completed higher professional education (law degree, notary patent or comparable qualification)
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in inheritance advice and conducting inheritance divisions, preferably at a financial service provider
- Very good knowledge of Swiss matrimonial property, inheritance and adult protection law as well as a flair for complex issues
- High advisory competence in dealing with demanding client situations and sensitive life phases
- Empathy, strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people characterise you
- With your winning, confident appearance, you motivate employees and lead them to success
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, as well as good English skills; any additional language is an advantage
