Specialist in Property Management (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 110,000Role:
A specialised Swiss real estate company that supports owners and clients in the professional management, administration, letting and sale of properties. Additionally, real estate consulting, valuations and support for construction and development projects are part of the scope of activities.
Employees take responsibility for diverse mandates, interact with owners, tenants, craftsmen and other stakeholders, and can continuously deepen their expertise.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage a diverse portfolio of condominium and rental properties and accompany the properties throughout the entire management cycle.
You coordinate lettings, conduct viewings and ensure professional tenant care.
You personally support owners, tenants, craftsmen and authorities and act as a reliable contact person for all concerns.
Even in demanding situations, you act solution-oriented, keep an overview and make well-founded decisions independently.
If interested, you take on additional responsibility in the area of condominium ownership and develop your expertise purposefully.
You actively contribute to the optimisation of management processes and support the implementation of efficient workflows.
Qualifications:
You bring practical professional experience in property management and enjoy a varied real estate portfolio.
You combine your enthusiasm for real estate with a strong customer and service orientation.
You are proficient in MS Office and use digital tools efficiently in everyday work.
You work independently, responsibly and entrepreneurially and actively pitch in when needed.
You have confident German language skills.
