Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, a recognised player in the industrial sector located in the region, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Your main tasks

• Management of the recruitment process: gathering requirements from operational teams, posting job offers, conducting pre-qualification and in-depth interviews.

• Proactive hunting & sourcing: identifying and directly approaching qualified profiles (technical, engineering, support functions and managerial) on professional networks and dedicated platforms.

• Candidate experience & Employer branding: ensuring a polished candidate journey and promoting the company culture.

• Follow-up & Closure: presenting finalist dossiers, participating in hiring decisions and formulating contract offers.

• Cross-functional HR projects: contributing to process improvements, monitoring employment market trends and activity reporting.

• Higher education in Human Resources, Management, Work Psychology or equivalent.

• Proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, ideally gained in a consulting/hunting firm or within an industrial company.

• Excellent command of sourcing tools and structured interview techniques.

• Good interpersonal skills, proactivity, pragmatism and a strong sense of internal customer service.

• Fluency in French; good knowledge of German and/or English is a real asset.
