Your main tasks

• Analysis of market data, industry trends and competitive developments
• Support in the preparation of reports and analyses for the M&A and Investor Relations team as well as for the CFO
• Assistance with valuation analyses and investment cases within the scope of M&A projects
• Support in the preparation and implementation of half-year and annual communications as well as other capital market activities
• Assistance in handling enquiries from investors and sell-side analysts
• Maintenance of databases on investors and target companies
• Building a sound understanding of Ypsomed’s business model, strategy and financial development
• Supporting the finance team with further analyses and queries

Your profile

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a comparable field
• Initial practical experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Investment Banking, Audit or Investor Relations is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills as well as very good Excel and financial modelling knowledge
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
• Precise, independent working style and high discretion in handling confidential information
• Team spirit and enjoyment of a dynamic, international working environment
