Real Estate Facility Management is the competent SBB service, active throughout Switzerland, concerning cleanliness and graffiti removal. With the maintenance of public facilities, we sustainably support the image and core activity of public transport.

What you can make a difference in.

• As a professional cleaning agent, you contribute to our customers' satisfaction by working independently on cleaning and waste removal in stations and other assigned locations.
• You are responsible for cleanliness, order, and the removal of vandalism so that our customers feel safe.
• You adhere to procedures, working methods, and cleaning protocols in carrying out tasks.
• You take responsibility for the proper use and daily maintenance of cleaning and work machines and use them according to instructions.
• If questions arise, you are there to advise SBB customers in and around the station.

What you bring.

• A category B/BE driving licence.
• An AFP or CFC as a cleaning agent or operations agent is required for this position.
• You distinguish yourself as an honest, trustworthy, and reliable person. You demonstrate customer orientation, team spirit, and manual skills.
• You are dynamic and proactive by nature, in good physical condition and able to handle physical demands (carrying and lifting weights, frequently working standing, on foot and outdoors). You show flexibility.
• You have basic knowledge of digital work tools (smartphone) and the ability to communicate with the applications used (Outlook, Teams, etc.).
• You have at least a B1 level in French. You meet the safety requirements (RTE20100 Ssta exam) as well as medical fitness criteria.
