Your area of responsibility

• You check and process electronic supplier invoices and efficiently resolve discrepancies
• As a contact person, you answer telephone enquiries about invoices, expenses and processes
• You independently carry out payment runs in SAP and support a smooth accounts payable process
• Controlling, posting of expense reports and maintenance of master data complete your range of tasks

Your experience

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a federal certificate of proficiency (E-profile)
• You are proficient in handling VAT-related issues and their accounting implications
• You bring experience in workflow-based accounts payable processes and work in a structured and reliable manner even under high workload
• Ideally, you have SAP knowledge and convince with your careful, structured and service-oriented way of working
