IT System & Support Engineer (m/f/d)

The company offers all services related to electrical, telematics and automation systems – from consulting, conception and planning to realisation, service and maintenance. Responsibilities:
- You plan, install and configure modern communication solutions such as VoIP, unified communications and network infrastructures.
- In this role, you support and maintain existing ICT and communication systems and ensure their smooth operation.
- You analyse technical faults and find sustainable solutions in first- and second-level support.
- As an IT system and support specialist, you competently advise customers on communication systems and security-related requirements.
- You integrate new technologies and continuously develop existing infrastructures.
- In customer projects, you contribute your expertise both in technical management and in documentation and billing.
Qualifications:
- You have completed training in the ICT field (e.g. as an IT specialist EFZ or telematics specialist EFZ) and have several years of professional experience.
- You have sound knowledge in the fields of telematics as well as LAN, WAN and WLAN network technology.
- You are familiar with VoIP and UC solutions, ideally also with platforms such as Mitel, 3CX or Wildix.
- Knowledge of ICT security, firewalling as well as routing and switching is an advantage.
- You work independently, in a structured manner and find pragmatic solutions to complex tasks.
- Customer-oriented behaviour, teamwork and a category B driving licence complete your profile.
