Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Team Leader Service Sanitary for an established building technology company. You will take on the technical and personnel leadership of a service team and be responsible for deployment planning, order processing, costing, and customer care in the sanitary sector. In addition to the operational management of service orders, you will prepare quotations and service contracts, coordinate materials and third-party services, and monitor proper execution. The role combines sanitary technology, service organisation, and staff management with commercial responsibility and direct customer contact.
Responsibilities:
Technical and personnel leadership of a team of sanitary service technicians
Responsibility for deployment, capacity, and resource planning as well as coordination of daily service assignments
Management and monitoring of service, maintenance, repair, and minor refurbishment orders in the sanitary sector
Support and development of existing customer relationships and service contracts
Recording customer requirements and providing technical advice on sanitary installations, repairs, and maintenance measures
Preparation and costing of quotations, customer offers, and service contracts
Responsibility for complete order processing from order initiation to control and billing
Monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality, and contractual services within ongoing service orders
Ordering and coordination of materials, spare parts, suppliers, and third-party services
Technical support of the team in selecting suitable assembly, repair, and renovation methods
Review of work reports, time records, and order documentation as well as preparation of billing
Ensuring compliance with relevant SVGW guidelines, hygiene, quality, and safety requirements
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as sanitary installer EFZ or comparable training in building technology
Further training in project management, building technology, or leadership; additional expertise in heating is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in sanitary service, ideally with technical or personnel leadership responsibility
Sound knowledge in service organisation, deployment planning, costing, quotation management, and order processing
Good knowledge of relevant SVGW guidelines as well as Swiss sanitary and building technology standards
Good user knowledge of ERP/service management systems and Microsoft 365
Fluent German language skills and a category B driving licence
