Your Tasks and Perspectives

• Comprehensive care and nursing of patients in the Stroke Unit
• Responsibility for implementing expert care and nursing considering modern nursing and treatment concepts as well as nursing standards
• Support of nursing professionals in demanding care situations and in the implementation of overarching concepts and standards on the ward
• Active participation in collaboration within the MBF triangle (Management - Education - Professional Development) as well as sharing of expertise and experience
• Responsible for quality work on the ward and ensuring a high level of service quality through deployment across all three shifts

What You Bring to This Position

• Training as a qualified nurse FH/HF with at least 1 year of professional experience
• Personal motivation and enthusiasm to further develop patient-oriented expert nursing on the ward
• High social competence and commitment to constructive and appreciative collaboration, strong communication skills
• Quick comprehension, networked thinking and sense of responsibility
