What you can look forward to
- You will be flexibly deployed on all wards of the USZ
- This model does not guarantee assignments, but the likelihood of being booked is high
- You will be employed on an hourly wage basis, your pay is fixed at 43 CHF per hour
- For internal employees, pool employment can only be an addition to existing work at USZ
- We, in turn, look forward to you bringing training as a Health Specialist with at least one year of professional experience

With this model, we stand for flexibility and individual solutions. Whether you want fixed days and fixed shifts or want several months off in summer, everything is possible. You can specify your availability up to a year in advance or reschedule on the same day.
Of course, you will receive the usual allowances for Saturday, Sunday and night work in addition to the stated salary.
You will be supported by the DPM Personnel Pool management team.
