In our Customer Service Centre and our agencies, you will support our customers during the 3-year apprenticeship with advice and assistance – both orally and in writing.
Your school education takes place in Bern (one to one and a half days per week). Additionally, your knowledge will be consolidated and trained in inter-company courses in Zurich.
