Logistics Specialist with Federal Certificate (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF65,000 - 80,000Responsibilities:
Planning, controlling and optimising logistics processes
Coordination of goods incoming and outgoing
Ensuring timely material supply
Leading and supporting the logistics team in daily operations
Monitoring stock levels and conducting inventories
Analysing and continuously improving processes regarding quality, costs and efficiency
Collaboration with internal departments as well as external suppliers and transport service providers
Compliance with and implementation of safety, quality and environmental standards
Qualifications:
Completed apprenticeship as logistics specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
Federal Certificate (FA) as logistics specialist
Several years of professional experience in logistics, ideally in a leadership or coordinating role
Good knowledge of ERP and warehouse management systems
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Strong organisational skills as well as team and communication competence
Good German language skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage
