Your tasks

• You support and advise managers in French-speaking Switzerland in recruiting specialists and executives, acting as their main point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
• In collaboration with recruitment managers, you define job profiles, develop recruitment strategies tailored to the target groups, and successfully implement them.
• You identify and attract suitable talent through various channels – both internal and external – and conduct interviews in French and German.
• Throughout the recruitment process, you ensure a professional, rewarding, and positive candidate experience.
• You work closely with the recruitment team and the companies assigned to you, bringing your in-depth knowledge of the French-speaking Swiss market and actively contributing to the development of innovative recruitment approaches.

Your profile

• University degree or equivalent qualification, with several years of experience in recruiting executives and specialists; additional training in recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage.
• Native French speaker or perfect command of French; German at least B2 level spoken and written.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating recruitment campaigns on social media as well as targeted use of digital channels to attract talent.
• Good knowledge of the job market in French-speaking Switzerland and its specificities.
• Excellent interpersonal and advisory skills, enabling the creation of sustainable partnerships with managers and candidates.
• Independent, structured, and efficient working method, even during busy periods.
• Team spirit, sense of collaboration, and willingness to actively contribute to the development of recruitment.
