Nurse 60 to 80%

Located in the heart of the town of Montreux, Nova Vita is a private residential establishment catering to a Senior clientele both local and international. Our care team operates at the homes of our residents via the OSAD and also provides care for our inpatient care unit.

We are looking for a nurse 60 to 80% for an indefinite period

Your profile:

• Holder of a HES nursing diploma or equivalent
• Motivated to join a quality environment where service to the elderly is at the heart of concerns
• Availability, calmness, patience, precision and flexibility
• Enjoyment of teamwork and interdisciplinarity
• Fluency in French is essential - knowledge of German is an asset
• Proficiency in computer tools - RAI, Sadies - is a plus

Your tasks:

• Provide geriatric nursing care according to the standards and rules in force within the establishment
• Be responsible for maintaining and updating residents' electronic records and administrative documents
• Prioritise active listening, supportive relationships, relational care
• Ensure interdepartmental communication
• Participate in the teaching and supervision of staff and trainees
• Respect and cultivate the mission, objectives, values and means of action of the residence
