• Caring for patients in the zonal model on the ward with around 19 beds
• Performing medical-technical tasks
• Collaboration with a nursing specialist responsible for the zone
• Working according to the principles of Lean Hospital in a committed team of 26 employees
• Working according to the principles of Lean Hospital on an acute medical ward that offers a lot of variety

Skills and potential

• Basic: Vocational training as a health specialist (EFZ)
• Preferably: Experience in an acute care facility
• Very much preferred: High patient orientation as well as willingness to maintain an open and appreciative communication culture
• Also: Desire to maintain open and humorous communication within the team
• Absolutely: Enjoyment of a varied and lively hospital routine
