Role:
For the independent management of demanding mandates, we are looking for an experienced individual with solid expertise in fiduciary services. In this responsible role, you will manage a diverse client portfolio, take on the professional leadership of mandates, and advise clients comprehensively on financial, tax, and business management issues.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage a broad client portfolio ranging from SMEs to large clients.
In this role, you ensure the timely processing of all fiduciary mandates and take on the professional leadership within the mandates.
As the head of fiduciary mandates, you are responsible for quality assurance through reviews and ensure high professional standards.
You prepare financial statements, provide well-founded advice to your clients, and support them with year-end and reporting questions.
In this role, you clarify tax issues and are a competent contact person for your clients on business management topics.
You work directly on projects and use modern IT solutions and tools to make fiduciary processes efficient and future-oriented.
Qualifications:
You have several years of professional experience in fiduciary services as a mandate manager.
You hold a Swiss Federal Diploma as a Fiduciary or Swiss Federal Diploma as a Certified Public Accountant.
You have independently managed a broad client portfolio and completed fiduciary mandates on time and in full.
You have comprehensively advised clients, including on financial statements, tax issues, and business management questions.
You have taken on professional leadership within mandates, conducted reviews, and consistently ensured quality.
You approach tasks analytically, carefully, and pragmatically and convince with leadership strength and high social competence.
