To effectively respond to our strong growth and client demands, we are looking for our Lausanne or Geneva sites DYN SA:
A mandate manager at 80-100%
Your mission:
You will be required to carry out the following tasks:
- Supervision of the general and analytical accounting of a regional client portfolio
- Manage the entire payroll process from A to Z for several clients (from collecting variable elements to issuing payslips).
- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations regarding payroll and social charges.
- Organise debriefings with clients and provide relevant recommendations
- Supervise and manage a team of collaborators
- Be the guarantor of regulatory compliance and advise clients in an evolving environment
- Assess risks and opportunities related to clients’ activities
Your profile:
- Holder of a federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting, fiduciary agent or equivalent; federal diploma is a plus
- Several years of experience in fiduciary work and payroll management
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and taxation
- Excellent knowledge of the French-speaking Swiss economic fabric
- Proficient in common IT tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and professional software
- Fluent in French, very good knowledge of English
- Autonomous, responsible, dynamic, willing, versatile, flexible, organised and able to take initiative
