The position is to be filled either in Gisikon (LU) or in Opfikon (ZH).

Area of Responsibility

You are responsible for the successful technical management of your projects in the segments "commercial office buildings", "residential buildings", "industry" as well as "services" and have an overview of quality and deadlines. You are the competent contact person for our clients and partners in your specialist trade. In addition to project management, you independently plan your projects in the CAD system. Depending on the size and complexity of the project, you will receive support from the planners.

Your main tasks are:

• Project planning, costing and execution planning
• 3D modelling
• Site supervision
• Meetings and minute-taking with general contractors, clients, architects and other specialist planners

What you bring

• Should have initial experience as a project manager on smaller or medium-sized projects. Also works independently as a planner in the projects
• Training as an electrical planner EFZ
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in an engineering office
• CAD skills, preferably in Trimble Nova
