Apprentice Commercial Clerk EFZ

5 training positions available from August 2027 As an Apprentice Commercial Clerk EFZ, you will experience an exciting and varied apprenticeship by rotating through different departments every six months. You will either work in our modern offices at the Circle (Back Office) handling classic commercial tasks or be deployed at our information counters (Front Office) wearing the designated uniform of Flughafen Zürich AG. There, you will competently advise customers in various languages and airport situations. Your job destination

• You handle internal and external customer enquiries by phone, email or direct customer contact at the counter
• You work in communication as well as in commerce and marketing departments or advise our guests and passengers in various languages about our services and offerings
• You support teams such as Human Resources and Vocational Training, Purchasing, Financial Accounting or Property Management etc. in diverse administrative tasks and lead exciting projects as a project manager

Your skills in your luggage

• You have successfully completed compulsory schooling at secondary level (or higher)
• You enjoy direct (counter) and indirect (phone, email) customer contact as well as using foreign languages
• You are a communicative and engaging personality
• Your working style is characterised by independence, reliability and a sense of responsibility
• You are flexible, resilient and have a strong willingness to learn and perform
• A neat appearance and good manners are a matter of course for you
• You express yourself fluently and confidently in German and English, both spoken and written
