Your tasks

• You support the market managers and key account managers in our international markets in all administrative and organisational matters.
• You maintain and check customer and article master data as well as promotions, price notifications, quantity planning and out-of-stock notifications.
• You are in direct contact with our customers, act as an important interface between customers, field sales and internal specialist departments and ensure a smooth flow of information.
• You coordinate customer complaints efficiently and solution-oriented in cooperation with the departments involved.

Your profile

• You have completed commercial training.
• You have several years of professional experience in internal sales, ideally in an industrial environment.
• You work independently, take responsibility and make decisions with foresight.
• You enjoy contact with internal and external contacts and convince with your strong team spirit.
• You are characterised by a structured way of working as well as a high level of quality and sense of responsibility.
• You have very good German and French skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form and feel confident in direct contact with customers and business partners in these languages.
