Belonging to a major high-end watchmaking group, we have, over time, built a reputation for excellence in the fields of oscillating mass machining and high-precision mechanics.

For the start of August 2027, we are offering an apprenticeship position for a:

APPRENTICE – PRODUCTION MECHANIC CFC (M/F)

Do you enjoy understanding how machines work, creating tangible things and seeing the result of your work? The profession of production mechanic might suit you.

At Dynafer, you will learn to manufacture precision parts mainly intended for the watchmaking industry, using conventional and CNC machines.

Accompanied by experienced professionals, you will gradually develop your technical skills and gain autonomy in a modern and human-sized working environment.

YOUR MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Read and understand technical drawings and manufacturing orders
• Prepare materials, tools and necessary production means
• Set up and operate conventional and CNC machines
• Perform various machining operations to manufacture precision parts
• Monitor the manufacturing process and make necessary adjustments
• Check the dimensions and appearance of parts using appropriate measuring instruments
• Identify any defects or manufacturing problems and participate in their resolution
• Clean and maintain machines, tools and production means
• Work in compliance with quality requirements and safety rules

• Compulsory schooling completed
• Good skills in mathematics
• Interest in mechanics and technical environments
• Logical, methodical and curious mind
• Manual dexterity and sense of precision
• Preference for neat and well-executed work
• Sense of order and responsibility
• Motivation and willingness to fully commit to your training, both academically and professionally

A working schedule of 8 hours per day, supplemented by catch-up time allowing additional leave. Flexibility of your timetable (free hours between 6am and 8pm)
