YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Needs- and customer-oriented care and support of patients according to the nursing process in collaboration with our partner doctors and an interprofessional team.

• Competent and individual care and support of our patients taking into account our nursing philosophy
• Independent implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures prescribed by the doctor in cooperation with our health care assistants
• Recognising and managing emergency situations and initiating appropriate measures until the doctor arrives
• Taking responsibility for correct patient documentation as well as information transfer in the assigned area of responsibility

• You accompany and support our higher vocational nursing students as well as health care apprentices during their practical training – both professionally and pedagogically.
• You ensure that the educational mandate in the department is professionally implemented according to the training concept.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Completed training as a certified nurse or equivalent SRK recognition for foreign diplomas
• Vocational pedagogical further training: Vocational trainer SVEB 1 or willingness to complete this

• At least two years of professional experience in acute care

• High flexibility, resilience and strong organisational skills
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form (Certificate B2)
• Good IT user skills
• High social competence and a pronounced sense of empathy
• Teamwork skills and ability to guide employees
