YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Needs- and customer-oriented care and support of patients according to the nursing process in collaboration with our partner doctors and an interprofessional team.
YOUR TASKS
- Competent and individual care and support of our patients taking into account our nursing philosophy
- Independent implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures prescribed by the doctor in cooperation with our health care assistants
- Recognising and managing emergency situations and initiating appropriate measures until the doctor arrives
- Taking responsibility for correct patient documentation as well as information transfer in the assigned area of responsibility
As part of your additional function as a vocational trainer, you can expect the following tasks, among others:
- You accompany and support our higher vocational nursing students as well as health care apprentices during their practical training – both professionally and pedagogically.
- You ensure that the educational mandate in the department is professionally implemented according to the training concept.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Completed training as a certified nurse or equivalent SRK recognition for foreign diplomas
- Vocational pedagogical further training: Vocational trainer SVEB 1 or willingness to complete this
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
- At least two years of professional experience in acute care
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- High flexibility, resilience and strong organisational skills
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form (Certificate B2)
- Good IT user skills
- High social competence and a pronounced sense of empathy
- Teamwork skills and ability to guide employees
