Do you want to gain experience in the world of shareholders as well as securities processing, support our stakeholders in a service-oriented manner and thus make an important contribution to daily business? Then you are the right person for our team! The "Shareholder Services & Recon" team handles all matters related to shareholder affairs in Switzerland and abroad. Furthermore, reconciliation activities of securities and cash balances as well as audit activities in the vault are carried out.

Your tasks

Processing of book-entry and physical registered shares (CH) including the associated processing of general registration authorisations
Assisting in the processing of deliveries from stock exchange transactions (purchase/sale) of physical registered and bearer shares
Supporting the forwarding of information to shareholders (e.g. AGM invitations)
Assisting in handling disclosure requests from issuers
Supporting the reconciliation of securities and cash balances

Your profile

Completed banking apprenticeship
Initial experience in securities business is an advantage but not essential – your willingness to learn and quick comprehension are more important
You have an interest in securities and regulatory topics
You have an accurate, efficient working style and are flexible and open to taking on responsibility
You bring a high level of service orientation and teamwork skills
You have very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills are an advantage
