Controller (m/f/d)

Role:
Our ROCKEN partner is looking for an analytical personality who evaluates business figures and production costs and thereby supports corporate management. You analyse manufacturing costs, margins, and variances, derive appropriate measures, and contribute to financial statements and financial planning. Another focus is on the further development of reporting and the automation of controlling processes with SAP, modern BI applications, and AI.
Responsibilities:
You participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and analyse and comment on the results.
You evaluate manufacturing costs, production figures, and variances and derive appropriate measures.
You support budgeting, forecasts, and multi-year planning and continuously monitor cost centres.
You create and further develop management reporting, margin analyses, and dashboards in Power BI.
You optimise and automate controlling processes and calculation logics in SAP using Power Query, Power Automate, and AI.
Qualifications:
A commercial or technical basic education with further training in business administration, controlling, or finance and accounting forms your foundation.
You bring several years of controlling experience in a manufacturing company, ideally with a focus on manufacturing costs, calculation, production figures, and variance analyses.
Very good SAP and Excel skills are complemented by initial practical experience with Power BI and Power Query as well as knowledge of Power Automate, process automation, and AI applications.
Further training in data analysis, business intelligence, process automation, or AI is desirable.
Your working style is analytical, structured, and precise, characterised by initiative, responsibility, and solution orientation.
Communication skills and teamwork combine with a confident appearance as a business partner towards production, operations, and other specialist departments.
Very good German skills at level C1 and good English skills at level B2, both spoken and written, complete your profile.
