Cook

Clos-Bercher is a Medicalised Psycho-social Establishment (EPSM) accommodating 27 Residents and is located on the outskirts of Bercher in the Gros-de-Vaud.

For a replacement of 1 to 2 months, we are looking for a cook at 80%.

Your tasks

• Responsible for the preparation and professional presentation of all types of food according to the menu plan and special requests, preparation work, etc.
• Cleaning and dishwashing tasks
• Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines
• Proper and professional organisation of work within the kitchen service
• Teamwork or working alone

Your profile

• Professional experience as a cook
• Flair for decoration and plating of dishes
• A warm and humorous attitude
• Enjoyment in taking on varied challenges
• Good knowledge of French, both spoken and written
• Driving licence and vehicle desired
