Multiskilled Mechanic – CNC Milling Machinist (M/F)

Main Duties

• Carry out milling operations on 3 and 5 axis CNC machines.

• Perform machine adjustments and start-up independently.

• Prepare and carry out the setting of parts.

• Assemble, measure and adjust cutting tools.

• Read and interpret technical drawings.

• Work on Reiden, Haas and Hurco machining centres.

• Use Heidenhain controls and ISO code.

• Inspect machined parts and ensure self-inspection before dispatch.

• Produce single parts and small series, as well as repair and rework tasks.

Profile Sought

• Training as a multiskilled mechanic or equivalent training.

• Proven experience in 3 and/or 5 axis CNC milling.

• Autonomy in machine adjustments and start-up.

• Mastery of assembly and measurement of cutting tools.

• Good knowledge of Heidenhain controls and ISO code.

• Good ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Autonomous, rigorous and versatile person.

• Possession of own measuring instruments is an advantage.
