The Land Registry Office / Notary of the Canton of Schaffhausen is responsible for maintaining the land register of all municipalities in the canton. It is the advisory contact point for property, inheritance, and corporate law matters, primarily in connection with real estate. Furthermore, it is responsible for drafting and publicly certifying all contracts concerning rights to real estate and serves as the cantonal certification authority.

What to expect- Diverse tasks in the land registry area; including drafting contracts, land register applications, maintaining the electronic land register, as well as general office duties
- Public certification of legal transactions in the land registry area as a certifying officer
- Close collaboration with land registry administrators
- Counter and telephone support
- Independent customer advice

- Completed training in the notary and/or land registry field with a qualification certificate as a certifying officer
