As part of the day to day you will collaborate closely with Group Finance and business team around the world and coordinate the group management accounting and reporting as well as take part on various projects.

To accompany its continuous growth, we are looking for Senior Consolidation & Reporting Analyst (M/F).
Description
Your role will be crucial in ensuring the presentation of accurate financial data and driving process improvement. As a key player in the finance department, you will contribute to the company's mission by providing financial insights and enabling strategic decision-making.
Monthly Financial Reporting, analysis and consolidation
- Lead the monthly accounting close process, working closely with finance internationally to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Review the affiliate submissions, analyse financial trends, variances, and performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity or concern and provide recommendations for improvement to finance leads
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modelling to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and operational improvements.
- HFM Administration as part of the closing process
- Ensure that the HFM structure is updated to meet reporting needs
- Assist in the implementation of the new consolidation system
Statutory Reporting & Consolidation
- Contribute to the quarterly consolidation process, according to IFRS standards, ensuring accuracy and timely completion and the drafting of the accounts and closing notes
- Collect, analyse quarterly consolidation packages from subsidiaries and follow up open points
- Manage balance sheet reviews
- Ensuring compliance with Group accounting policies, tax regulations, and local GAAP, including support for the conversion to IFRS
Process Improvement and Optimization
- Identify opportunities and drive recommendations to streamline the accounting processes to enhance reporting capabilities and improve efficiency and accuracy of financial data.
- Staying updated with the latest IFRS standards and adapting processes and SOPs accordingly
- Initiating process improvements and streamlining reporting procedures
- Participate in the updating of the group's accounting procedures and assist/train subsidiaries for their proper application.
- Update reporting procedures based on ongoing projects (e.g. cost per function) and training of the financial community.
Profile
- 7+ years of experience in a corporate/group finance position
- Qualified accountant with strong background in IFRS experience, Accounting and Consolidation
- Solid knowledge of the Hyperion and HFM, SAP knowledge is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Business fluent in English, any further European language is an asset
- Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and integrity of financial information
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to structure your thoughts and drive action plans for your team to execute, as well as the ability to communicate efficiently across all staff and stakeholders' levels
