Head of Service (m/f/d) 100%

Your tasks

• Caring for our guests and ensuring first-class service
  
  
• Organisation and management of daily operations
  
  
• Central contact person for all areas (restaurant & office)
  
  
• Management of reservations as well as taking on administrative tasks
  
  
• Responsibility for the service and bar team in daily business
  
  
• Checking daily accounts and compliance with standards
  
  
• Conducting quality controls
  
  

Your profile:

• Completed training at a hotel management school or many years of leadership experience
  
  
• Neat, friendly appearance and pronounced hospitality qualities
  
  
• Enjoyment of teamwork and willingness to take responsibility
  
  
• Clear, open and proactive communication
  
  
• Flexibility and solution-oriented action in a dynamic everyday environment
