Responsibilities:
You coordinate material purchasing and independently process the associated orders.
You continuously keep inventory levels and purchasing data up to date in SAP.
In price and contract negotiations, you strive for economical procurement conditions.
You evaluate suppliers in terms of cost, quality, and punctuality.
You develop suitable purchasing and supplier concepts for your material area.
You coordinate material requirements and availability with production, engineering, and warehouse.
You clarify quality-related procurement issues directly with the responsible internal departments.
In purchasing projects, you support the responsible manager in implementation.
Qualifications:
You have at least two years of experience in operational purchasing.
A technical basic education combined with commercial further training forms your professional foundation.
You apply negotiation skills and a confident manner when dealing with suppliers.
Your working style is independent, structured, and reliable.
You enjoy working with internal specialist departments and coordinate clearly with them.
You have good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems, ideally SAP.
You have native-level German proficiency or at least C2 level.
Good English skills are an advantage.
