Your role:

• administrative management of the employee lifecycle
• ensure the entire HR process (recruitment, training, evaluation, conflict management, etc.)
• monitor and manage absences (Mobatime would be an asset)
• contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes

Your profile:

• HR manager certificate
• proven experience in a similar role
• discretion, autonomy, rigour and sense of responsibility
• proficiency in German (related to the position)
