Your Tasks
- Individual Care: Holistic support and care of clients in their familiar environment.
- Medical Competence: Performing treatment nursing and medical-technical tasks according to the competence profile.
- Quality Assurance: Responsibility for seamless and professional care documentation.
- Resource Promotion: Active promotion of the independence and quality of life of care recipients.
- Teamwork: Constructive collaboration in an interdisciplinary team.
Our Requirements
- Qualification: Completed training as a Health Specialist (EFZ).
- Working Style: You enjoy working independently, are resilient, and bring the necessary flexibility for everyday Spitex work.
- Personality: An empathetic and respectful approach to people is a matter of course for you.
- Mobility: A category B driving licence is an advantage.
Your Prospects
- Mobility & Travel: A company car is provided for high local flexibility. Alternatively, for longer commutes, there is the possibility of (partial) reimbursement of the general subscription (GA).
- Participation: You have a significant say in your deployment locations as well as in holiday planning.
