As Technical Lead Autoinjectors, you will accompany innovative medical technology products from development to successful production launch. You can expect a varied role with direct customer contact and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Your main tasks
- Sub-project management of customer projects during the development and introduction of new products
- Member of the core team in customer projects with direct customer contact
- Planning, organisation, execution, evaluation and documentation of analyses, verifications and tests in interdisciplinary teams
- Design responsibility in the respective projects
- Definition and coordination of necessary optimisations and improvement measures
- Preparation of technical documents and reports during the development process
Your profile
- Completed education as an engineer FH/ETH/TU, ideally in medical technology/mechanical engineering/microtechnology
- At least 3 years of professional experience in medical technology in a comparable role
- Strong networked and cross-departmental thinking and acting
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Fluent German (C1) and English skills (C1)
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and driving solutions forward together as a team
