An established private home care organisation with several locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland supports people with care and support needs in their home environment. To strengthen the team, a committed certified nursing specialist is sought who specialises in accompanying and supporting family carers.
In this role, you combine nursing expertise with counselling, coordination, and case responsibility. You support relatives in their demanding tasks and contribute to ensuring high-quality and individually tailored care at home.

Your Tasks
- Conducting needs assessments according to InterRAI-HC and taking over case responsibility
- Professional advice and continuous support for family carers
- Ensuring needs-based, professionally sound, and individual care in the home environment
- Coordinating collaboration with doctors, other professionals, and external agencies
- Complete and comprehensible documentation of care services
- Guidance and training of relatives on care-related topics, such as medication management, positioning, or dementia
- Active participation in the further development of the offer and internal concepts for family care
Our Requirements
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist with a qualification recognised in Switzerland
- Good nursing knowledge and motivation to continuously expand one’s own knowledge
- Strong social skills and enjoyment in working with different professional groups
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
- Confident use of digital work tools
- Driving licence category B
