As a Service Technician for Mobile Construction Cranes, you ensure that our most modern cranes are always ready for use. Whether commissioning new equipment, technical faults or demanding repairs - no day is like the other. These are your tasks
- You prepare new equipment, commission it and carry out equipment handovers and instructions with our customers.
- You perform service, maintenance and inspection work on mobile construction cranes and additionally support in the area of truck cranes.
- You analyse technical faults and carry out repairs directly at the customer or at our site in Reiden.
- You perform warranty work as well as technical changes according to the current service information.
- You advise and support our customers competently on site as well as by telephone.
- You document your assignments in service, maintenance and inspection reports and coordinate spare parts with internal and external parties if necessary.
- You maintain long-term customer relationships and represent Liebherr professionally at every assignment.
What you bring with you
- Completed training as an agricultural machinery, truck or construction machinery mechanic EFZ, automotive mechatronics technician EFZ or small engine mechanic EFZ.
- Ideally experience in the field of mobile construction or truck cranes. Motivated professionals with development potential are also welcome to apply.
- Very good German skills as well as good French skills. Additional languages are a plus.
- Driving licence category B as well as ideally category E or C or willingness to acquire these.
- Knowledge in electronics, electrical engineering or high voltage is an advantage.
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact and independent work.
- Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland as well as occasional assignments in neighbouring countries.
- Place of residence preferably in the Central Plateau or in the Bern, Zurich, Basel or Lucerne area. Applications from the French-speaking part of Switzerland are also welcome.
