YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Supporting project managers in all administrative and organisational tasks throughout the project lifecycle
- Responsibility for the administrative order processing from order placement to timely invoicing
- Contact person for project managers, finance, and other stakeholders regarding questions about orders, contracts, and invoices
- Maintenance and quality assurance of order, project, and customer data in SAP S/4HANA
- Tracking open issues and assisting in resolving invoice and order discrepancies
- Monitoring open orders and coordinating clarifications with internal interfaces such as finance, purchasing, and sales
- Preparation of reports and support for project managers with administrative queries
- Active participation in the further development, digitalisation, and standardisation of processes within the Order Administration team
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally in order management or project environment
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- High service and customer orientation
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with various stakeholders
- Good knowledge of SAP (advantageous) and MS Office
- Strong affinity for systems and processes as well as interest in their optimisation
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills; French skills are a plus
