We are looking for a nurse to join our residential team and actively participate in managing the health domain within our home welcoming adults with intellectual disabilities who have specific mental health needs, a:
Nurse in Socio-Educational Unit (M/F)
Mission :
- Ensure the management of the health domain within the home, ensuring the safety, quality of life and hygiene of the beneficiaries.
- Actively contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of personalised care projects.
- Provide support and advice to the educational team.
- Participate in the daily support of adult beneficiaries.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners.
Your profile:
- You hold a HES nursing diploma or an equivalent and recognised qualification in Switzerland.
- You have experience and a genuine interest in supporting people with mental health disorders and intellectual disabilities.
- You have experience in EPSM or within a psychiatric facility.
- Knowledge in the field of autism spectrum disorders (ASD) is an asset.
- You are a dynamic, autonomous person with a good team spirit.
- You have strong interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills.
- You hold a driving licence.
