Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 89,999Responsibilities:
Operational procurement of goods and services
Ensuring high availability targets
Efficient order processing, invoice verification and backlog management
Correspondence (by phone, in writing) with suppliers
Supplier support and conducting supplier evaluations
Statistical analyses
Various tasks to support the supervisor
Qualifications:
Completed training in commercial or technical field
Several years of professional experience in purchasing
Experience and affinity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Independent and conscientious working style
Enjoyment of personal contact with suppliers and internal customers
Good oral and written communication skills in German and English
