Junior System Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you will take on 1st and 2nd level support for customers and ensure the reliable operation of client and server infrastructures. You will handle support requests, carry out hardware and software installations, and assist customers with technical issues both remotely and on-site. Your service-oriented approach will significantly contribute to high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Independent 1st and 2nd level support via email and telephone as well as partially on-site
Ensuring the smooth operation of client and server infrastructures
Configuration and commissioning of hardware and software
Carrying out installations and technical adjustments
Supporting and assisting customers on-site
Analysing and resolving technical faults
Ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Completed training in the IT field or equivalent qualification
Professional experience as an ICT supporter, system administrator, or in a comparable role
Good knowledge of Windows Server, especially Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO
Experience with VMware as well as Windows 10/11
Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, MDM/EMM, backup solutions, and networks is an advantage
Very good German skills and good English skills
Driving licence category B; own vehicle is an advantage
