Role:
For a leading company in property management in the Zurich area, we are seeking an experienced individual to independently manage a demanding residential property portfolio. In addition to classic management, you will take responsibility for budgets, maintenance and tenancy law and provide professional leadership to employees in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
Comprehensive management of a portfolio with a focus on residential properties
Preparation and control of annual budgets and forecasts
Support and advice for owners, tenants and other partners
Implementation of tenancy agreements and rent adjustments as well as assessment of tenancy law issues
Coordination of maintenance, repair and renovation measures including condition assessments
Professional leadership and development of employees within property management
Qualifications:
Federal specialist certificate in property management or federal diploma in real estate fiduciary
Several years of professional experience in independent management of demanding portfolios
Very good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law as well as solid technical expertise
Experience with budgeting, rent structuring and technical property maintenance
High digital affinity and confident handling of property management and ERP systems
Fluent German and professional demeanour towards owners and tenants
