Lawyer Contract and Data Protection Law, 80-100 %
from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.Your tasks – our position
- Drafting and reviewing contracts with various contracting partners, especially with medical service providers, as well as creating and optimising contract templates
- Managing contracts using a contract management tool together with the secretariat
- Supporting the implementation of the hospital’s data protection and data security strategy
- Contributing to the development of data protection-related documents and the implementation of data protection legal requirements and concepts
- Preparing data protection legal assessments, especially in connection with data processing as well as preliminary checks and data protection impact assessments
- Advising and training specialist departments in the field of data protection law
- Creating and optimising processes in the areas of contract and data protection law
- Coordinating and accompanying external mandates
- Supporting the head of the legal service and acting as their deputy
Your skills – our requirements
- Swiss university degree in law (lic. iur., MLaw)
- Several years of professional experience and very good knowledge in the mentioned legal areas, preferably experience in healthcare or hospital sector
- Independent, structured and careful way of working
- Good priority management
- Teamwork skills, high social competence
- Interest in actively shaping and further developing the area
- Fluent and negotiation-secure German as well as very good French skills (B2)
